By browsing our website, commissioning creative work, or communicating with us via SMS or messaging channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

SMS Terms & Conditions

AIMV operates an informational and conversational SMS messaging program. Below are the terms governing our text messaging communications:

• Consent & How Users Opt-In: Customers opt-in by texting anything to +1 831-264-0456 after seeing a call-to-action advertisement, by initiating contact on our website, or by submitting a contact form. By sending a text message to +1 831-264-0456, you provide express consent to receive conversational and customer service text messages from AIMV. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. AIMV does not impose any separate fees for receiving our SMS messages.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will receive messages in direct response to your inquiries, active production milestones, or project deliverables.
• Cancellation / Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to +1 831-264-0456. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, you may text START or initiate a message again.

• Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

1. Creative Services & Delivery

AIMV produces custom audiovisual works (music videos, teasers, visual identity assets) and music production (songwriting, arrangement, mix & master) for musical artists and record labels.

• Deliverables are developed according to the project scope and aesthetic selected (Teaser, Clip, World, Track, Mix & Master).
• Delivery timelines are estimated upon project initiation and depend on timely client feedback and clear creative assets (voice memos, stems, references).

2. Intellectual Property & Artist Rights

We strongly support independent artists and creator ownership:

• Music Rights: All rights to musical compositions, master recordings, voice memos, lyrics, and stems remain 100% with the artist. AIMV claims no publishing or master ownership of your musical works.
• Visual Works: Upon full payment of the agreed service fee, AIMV grants the client an exclusive or non-exclusive perpetual worldwide license to use, display, distribute, and monetize the delivered video assets across streaming platforms, YouTube, social media, and promotional channels.
• Generative AI Transparency: Visual and audiovisual works created by AIMV utilize generative tools under human artistic and editorial direction, and are declared in compliance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act). We do not replicate the likeness or voice of real persons without documented consent.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All prices are transparently displayed in our official pricing tables and processed securely through Stripe.
• Because our creative work involves bespoke time, computing resources, and custom artistic direction, payments for completed production milestones are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIMV and Gabriel Muniz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, services, or communication channels.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
